Refund eligibility
Refunds may be issued for orders that were not delivered, arrived damaged, or were billed in error. For digital products or subscriptions, refunds are available only if you have not accessed, downloaded, or used the service. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless proven faulty.
Process
To request a refund, email us with your order number, payment reference, and a short description of the issue. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
